Returns and exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a request, email tunerfourseven@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. We’ll provide return instructions.

Sizing and return shipping

Please review the sizing information before placing your order. If you ordered the wrong size or did not check the sizing information, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Final-sale items

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact tunerfourseven@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
