Return Policy for Tuner4/7

At Tuner4/7, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
• Custom or personalized items can only be returned if defective or damaged.
• Health and hygiene products (such as cosmetics, personal care items, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at customerservice@Tuner47.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:
• Order number
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return - Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
• Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the return item’s arrival.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes that apply.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only; original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
• Downloadable software products
• Health and hygiene products (unless defective or damaged)
7. Late or Missing Returns
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at customerservice@Tuner47.com, and we will investigate the issue.

10. Consumer Protection and Cooling-Off Period (EU/UK)

This period begins the day after you receive the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within this period. 11. Restocking Fees
Returned items may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, depending on the item’s condition and our processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
12. Lost or Damaged Goods
